Jincheng (Jeffery) Rao is currently a PhD student in Electrical Engineering at Arizona State University. His research focuses on chaos, machine learning, and nonlinear systems. Previously, he was a master's student at Duke University in Risk Engineering with a minor in Computer Science, with a mathematics background from the University of Liverpool, and gained hands-on experience through research work and his internship at Forest Vision.
